When you arrive at Cairo Airport, our representative will be there to greet you. They will be holding a sign for Egywonders tours. Then, you will be taken to your hotel in an air-conditioned car. You will spend the first night in Cairo.
Have breakfast, then begin your tour by visiting the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. This museum is unique in Egypt as it provides a comprehensive overview of the various historical periods in Egypt. You must-visit spot in The Egyptian Civilization Museum is the Royal Mummies Hall. It houses a special area where royal mummies that have been discovered in various tombs are carefully preserved. The room is kept at a controlled temperature, ensuring proper care for the mummies. These mummies, which were mummified over 4000 years ago, include the well-preserved remains of Kings Hatshepsut, Tuthmosis, and Ramses. Despite their age, the mummies still display the lean bodies of the kings and queens, although they appear to be smaller and shorter than their original size.
Afterwards, you can explore the magnificent structures known as the Great Pyramids: Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerions. You will have a great time riding a camel and experiencing amazing views of the Sphinx and Pyramids. I will share fascinating stories about the Pharaohs’ lives that are not available in books.
You may choose to go on an evening excursion to experience the Sound and Light show near the Pyramids.
On the third day of 14 days of ultimate luxury pharaohs adventure, you will explore the Step Pyramids of Zoser, an ancient stone structure that holds the title of being the oldest of its kind in the world. Constructed in the 3rd Dynasty around 2630 BC, these pyramids were created for King Djoser’s use. Following that, continue your journey to Memphis, a city established by King Menes and known as the capital of Old Egypt during the Old Kingdom.
Upon arrival, visitors are transferred to Abydos to explore the site where the ancient Egyptians believed their god, the Lord of the Underworld, was buried. This temple, initially constructed by King Seti I and later completed by King Ramses II, is famously known as the Temple of Seti I.
The city of Abydos is situated approximately 420 km south of Cairo in the Sohag Governorate and is 135 km away from Luxor. The Osiris Temple at Abydos contains exquisitely preserved paintings of the Gods and Pharaohs, making it one of Egypt’s most stunning sights. Afterward, proceed to Dandara to explore the Temple of Hathor, dedicated to the goddess of love and happiness. This temple is situated in Dandara, north of Luxor. Finally, transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay in Luxor.
On the fifth day of 14 days of ultimate luxury pharaohs adventure, you will be transferred to the Luxor Museum, where you can admire an impressive collection of ancient artifacts dating from the Old Kingdom to the Mamluk period. The museum has done an excellent job in selecting and presenting these antiquities, which have been primarily sourced from Theban temples and necropolises.
Next, proceed to visit the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. Take an excursion to the Luxor Temple to explore its courtyard and the impressive granite statues of Ramses the Great. Afterward, continue to Karnak. Transfer to the Nile Cruise and board the cruise ship before having lunch onboard.
On the sixth day of your 14 days of ultimate luxury pharaohs adventure, After have breakfast and then go on a tour of the West Bank. In the Valley of the Kings, you will have the opportunity to visit the tombs of different dynasties, including the tomb of King Tutankhamun. King Tut ruled over Egypt for about 10 years, from 1336 to 1327 BCE. In November 1922, Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon discovered Tutankhamun’s tomb, which was remarkably well preserved, in the Valley of the Kings. In the necropolis, there are approximately 90 tombs that belong to Queens and princes from the ancient Egyptian New Kingdom (1550–1070 BC).
Next, proceed to tour the Temple of Deir El Bahari, which belonged to Queen Hatshepsut. On the way back, make a stop to admire the Colossi of Memnon, a pair of immense seated statues portraying Amenopis III gazing towards the Nile. Finally, explore the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
Have breakfast on the boat and then go to explore the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo and have lunch on the boat. Afterward, visit the temple that is dedicated to the two gods Sobek and Haroeris in Kom Ombo. Enjoy afternoon tea and spend the night in Kom Ombo.
Start your eighth day of 14 days of ultimate luxury pharaohs adventure with breakfast on the boat before setting sail towards Aswan. Explore the magnificent Temple of Philae before transferring to a motorboat for an authentic Nubian village experience. Escape the city and cruise towards a Nubian village located on the west bank of the Nile River. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the riverside landscape and immerse yourself in the local customs and culture by visiting the Nubian village.
Located on the western side of the Nile River, there is a Nubian village. During the journey, you can appreciate the magnificent sight of Soheil Island and the Aswan Dam and take pictures of the stunning scenery. With the guidance of your tour guide, you will have the opportunity to visit a local village and interact with a traditional Nubian family. This will provide you with knowledge about their way of life and culture, giving you an understanding of the ancient traditions that the Nubians have upheld for countless generations.
Traveling to the Temple of Abu Simbel marks the start of an expedition. This grand temple, constructed by Ramses II during the 19th Dynasty, stands as one of the most magnificent ancient Egyptian structures and was recently rescued from being submerged by the waters of the Nile.
The temples were constructed using sandstone from a rocky cliff, and each temple had carvings of the deities it was dedicated to on its large front. Close by, the Temple of the King’s wife, Nefertari, which paid homage to the goddess Hathor, was also preserved. Returning to Aswan. Next, proceed to Aswan Airport and board a plane destined for Cairo. Upon arrival, there will be arrangements for transportation to the hotel. The stay will be overnight in Cairo.
Our Egywonders tour guide will collect you from your hotel and commence the tour at the library of Alexandria, which is renowned as the largest library globally, boasting a collection of 8 million books. Explore the Roman Amphitheater of Alexandria where you can see the submerged artifacts of Alexandria that were found beneath the East harbor of Alexandria. Many people believe that El Nabi Daniel Mosque has a connection to the tomb of Alexander the Great. According to popular belief, the mosque is the resting place of Prophet Daniel, a revered scholar, and Sidi Lokman el Hakim, a religious storyteller.
You have the choice to make a lunch pitstop at a contemporary Fish Restaurant or a renowned and traditional locale for Alexandrian cuisine known as Mohamed Ahmed’s. This eatery is frequently visited by prominent figures including the Queen of Spain and various other well-known individuals who happen to be in Alexandria. Afterward, the car will transport you to the Abo Al Abbas Mosque, which is renowned as the most beautiful and largest mosque in the city. Adjacent to it, you will find a peculiar spectacle – an ancient funfair where children can enjoy riding on antique funfair attractions and indulge in candy floss.
When you visit Montazah Gardens, also known as the Love Garden, it is a popular destination for romantic couples and families. Take a stroll along the iconic Montaza bridge.

Please be aware that the hotel rating system in Egypt differs from that in the USA or Europe. Therefore, we strongly suggest considering our Luxury or Ultimate Luxury hotel options as the minimum standard in Egypt. Some 5-star hotels in Egypt may have a lower standard compared to those in other regions, resembling more like 3- or 4-star hotels. We do not recommend staying at 3- or 4-star hotels, as we have received numerous complaints from our guests regarding their quality.

We do not suggest it as a good option since the journey lasts for approximately 15 to 18 hours and the train is incredibly noisy. The toilets are in poor condition and emit unpleasant odors. The overall quality of the food is not satisfactory.
