Day 1: Alamein and the Old City of Siwa

Start your Siwa overnight by heading towards Alamein and making a stop at the historic Al Alamein, where you can experience the remnants of a significant WWII battle. Afterward, continue driving towards the picturesque bay of Marsa Matrouh, where you can enjoy lunch on the beautiful Mediterranean Coast. From there, continue your journey to Siwa, which will take approximately five hours. Upon arrival, explore the charming Old City of Siwa, known as Shaly, and conclude the day with a dinner among the Bedouin people. Spend the night at the Siwa Paradise Hotel (or a similar accommodation).

Day 2: Dead Mountain, Temple of Alexander, and Safari by 4×4 Vehicle

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, then make your way to the Dead Mountain (Gabel El Mouta), where you will have the opportunity to explore various ancient tombs such as SI Amon, MSW Isis, and the Crocodile Tombs. Afterward, visit the Gara cave, which was naturally created millions of years ago through rain erosion on the Eocene limestone. This cave was once inhabited by prehistoric individuals, potentially during the late Neolithic era, as evident from the discovery of artifacts and rock art within the cave.

• If your circumstances prevent you from canceling your holiday plans, we guarantee a refund of your money. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your trip by booking new dates. There are two cases that can happen:

1. You will receive a complete refund of your payment if the tour is cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled date, unless the tour involves non-refundable excursions.
2. If the time frame is under 30 days, we’ll assess the expenses connected to the hotel and cruise, and inform you of the discount that we will need to apply.

• Children’s policy:

1. Under 2 years free of charge.
2. During the period of 2 to 5 years, a quarter of the trip cost is paid.
3. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 will be charged half of the tour’s total cost.
4. 12+: Pay the full round price per adult.

• Some tours do not cover the fees needed to access privately owned archaeological sites, such as exploring the intricate burial chambers and the mummy room of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo or visiting the Tomb of Tutankhamun located in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

• It is important to wear flat shoes that are covered and comfortable when visiting the Pyramids and Valley of the Kings. It is recommended for visitors to bring slippers or sandals to wear during day tours.
