• In the morning, a representative from Egywonders Tours will collect you from your Luxor hotel. You will be taken to the West Bank to experience a ride in a hot air balloon. Before boarding the motor boat to the West Bank, you will have the opportunity to enjoy some soft drinks at the marina. Once you arrive at the takeoff area, you will begin your balloon ride, soaring through the sky above the vast open-air museum of Luxor.

• It is strongly advised to confirm your reservation beforehand for the “Balloon Ride” tour, which operates daily. You will spend 45 minutes on the balloon ride before landing again and being picked up to return to your hotel.

• You will be transferred to an air-conditioned bus to reach the West Bank.

• Then, you will be taken on a motor boat to get to the West Bank.

• The hotel pick-up is arranged 45 minutes prior to the scheduled take-off time.

1. You will receive a complete refund of your payment if the tour is cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled date, unless the tour involves non-refundable excursions.
2. If the time frame is under 30 days, we’ll assess the expenses connected to the hotel and cruise, and inform you of the discount that we will need to apply.

• Children’s policy:

1. Under 2 years free of charge.
2. During the period of 2 to 5 years, a quarter of the trip cost is paid.
3. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 will be charged half of the tour’s total cost.
4. 12+: Pay the full round price per adult.

• Some tours do not cover the fees needed to access privately owned archaeological sites, such as exploring the intricate burial chambers and the mummy room of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo or visiting the Tomb of Tutankhamun located in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.
