We will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to the boat in Naama Bay. The boat will take you over the Coral Reef to the Near Garden and Far Garden, where you can see the impressive Great Brain coral, which is one of the largest in the world. • If your circumstances prevent you from canceling your holiday plans, we guarantee a refund of your money. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your trip by booking new dates. There are two cases that can happen:

1. You will receive a complete refund of your payment if the tour is cancelled 30 days prior to the scheduled date, unless the tour involves non-refundable excursions.
2. If the time frame is under 30 days, we’ll assess the expenses connected to the hotel and cruise, and inform you of the discount that we will need to apply.

• Children’s policy:

1. Under 2 years free of charge.
2. During the period of 2 to 5 years, a quarter of the trip cost is paid.
3. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 will be charged half of the tour’s total cost.
4. 12+: Pay the full round price per adult.

• Some tours do not cover the fees needed to access privately owned archaeological sites, such as exploring the intricate burial chambers and the mummy room of the Egyptian Museum in Cairo or visiting the Tomb of Tutankhamun located in the Valley of the Kings in Luxor.

• It is important to wear flat shoes that are covered and comfortable when visiting the Pyramids and Valley of the Kings. It is recommended for visitors to bring slippers or sandals to wear during day tours.
