Booking terms & Conditions
1- Payment Methods
We accept all secure payment methods such as Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank transfers from all banks. We also offer a payment option of paying 25% when booking and the rest before arriving for a tour or upon arrival.
2- Travel Procedures
If your flight is international, check-in must be completed three hours before the flight. Either if your flight is domestic, the procedures can be completed two hours before the flight with your data updated on the airline’s websites.
Health documents must also be brought in for infants under two years of age.
3- Cancel booking
If the booking is canceled, you will incur all cancellation fees for the airline contracted. These charges differ from another airline and Ali by class, booking class and flight.
In some cases, booking cannot be canceled in accordance with promotions, a special offer, a reduction period or a non-refundable ticket. Make sure to read all terms and conditions.
Either if you complete online or telephone booking procedures or any other method you cannot recover the amount paid and customers must contact our team and tell them to cancel the trip as an additional procedure.
