Overnight in Cairo
Begin your second day of 7 days pyramids’ best kept secrets package with breakfast and then head to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization. This unique museum is the only one in Egypt that provides a comprehensive representation of all the various historical eras in Egypt. The Royal Mummies Hall at the Egyptian Civilization Museum is a must-visit area. It contains a separate section where well-preserved mummies of royal figures discovered in various tombs are on display. The room is carefully regulated to control the climate and ensure the mummies’ preservation. These mummies, dating back over 4000 years, include the remains of famous kings such as Hatshepsut, Tuthmosis, and Ramses, all in good condition. Despite their original imposing stature, the mummies appear smaller and shorter. Take a leisurely stroll around this room and observe the serene resting place of the Pharaohs and queens, now far removed from their original burial sites.
Afterwards, you should go see the magnificent Great Pyramids called Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerions. Cheops, specifically, stands out as the largest and most impressive pyramid ever constructed. Then, don’t miss the opportunity to examine the Sphinx up close, an enormous burial site protected by the mythical creature with the body of a lion and the face of King Chephren.
Have a great experience riding a camel while taking in the breathtaking views of the Sphinx and Pyramids. Learn fascinating insights about the lives of the Pharaohs that are not commonly found in books, as I will provide you with exclusive hints and details.
If desired, attend the sound and light show in the Pyramids area during the evening.
Overnight in Cairo
Start the third day of 7 days pyramids’ best kept secrets package with breakfast before heading to the local airport. Board a plane and fly to Aswan.
Upon arrival, proceed to visit the Philae temple before taking a motorboat ride to immerse yourself in the traditional life of an Egyptian village as part of the Nubian village tour. Leave the bustling city behind as you cruise to a Nubian village located on the west bank of the Nile River. Enjoy stunning views of the riverside landscape and have the opportunity to explore a Nubian village, providing you with a deeper understanding of local traditions and culture.
Discover a Nubian village situated on the western side of the Nile River. As you journey there, relish in the panoramic vistas of Soheil Island and the Aswan Dam and seize the opportunity to capture these beautiful landscapes with your camera. Accompanied by your guide, venture into a local village where you can interact with and get to know an authentic Nubian family. Immerse yourself in their way of life, culture, and practices, and gain an understanding of the age-old traditions that the Nubian community has upheld for countless generations. Occasionally, changes may occur to cruise itineraries, schedules, and sailing times on the Nile due to specific sailing conditions. However, we guarantee that our clients will still experience all the sights and activities listed in their itineraries, albeit possibly in a different sequence.
Set sail towards Kom Ombo, where you can enjoy a delightful afternoon tea. Explore the ancient temple that is dedicated to both Sobek and Haroeris, two powerful Egyptian gods. Continue your journey on the river, arriving at Edfu for a sumptuous dinner on the boat. As night falls, embrace the lively atmosphere with a disco party on board. Finally, spend the night in Edfu, resting and rejuvenating for the next day of adventure.
On the fifth day of 7 days pyramids’ best kept secrets package. You’ll have breakfast on the boat and then proceed to explore the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Afterwards, cross the lock and continue sailing to Luxor. Then, transfer to visit the Karnak Temples, which are considered the most significant symbol of devotion throughout history. These temples were built to honor the god Amon, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu. Construction of these temples took place from the Middle Kingdom era to the Graeco-Roman Kingdom.
Next, proceed to Luxor Temple, a structure constructed by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty of the New Kingdom. This temple was later finished by Ramesses II in the 19th Dynasty.
The 19th Dynasty of Egypt was led by the renowned King Ramses II, who held the title of the most illustrious ruler. He successfully governed the country for an impressive 67 years. During his reign, he showed great devotion to the powerful deity Amun-Ra, as well as to his wife Mut and their son Khonsu, who together formed the sacred Theban triad. If you are interested, you can visit the remarkable Obelisk of Ramses II that stands proudly in front of the 1st Pylon.
Have dinner on the ship, followed by a festive Galabya party. Spend the night in Luxor.
After having breakfast, we will disembark and head towards the West Bank, where we can explore the famous Valley of the Kings. On this historic site, we will have the opportunity to visit the tombs of various dynasties, including the renowned tomb of King Tut. King Tutankhamun ruled Egypt for about 10 years, from approximately 1336 to 1327 BCE. In November 1922, Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon made a significant discovery when they found King Tutankhamun’s well-preserved tomb in the Valley of the Kings. Inside the tomb, they found the mummified body of the king, surrounded by valuable grave goods and placed in a golden coffin. On February 17, 1923, the burial chamber was officially opened in the presence of Egyptologists and government officials.
Presently, Tutankhamun is recognized as ancient Egypt’s most renowned pharaoh. Yet, are you truly knowledgeable about the young ruler? On this excursion, I aim to divulge the lesser-known details about Tutankhamun…
Keep exploring the Valley of the Queens, also called Ta-Set-Neferu, which means “The Place of Beauty”. This valley was used as a burial ground for the esteemed members of the royal family during the New Kingdom of ancient Egypt (1550–1070 BC), and it contains around 90 tombs of queens and princes. During your visit, make sure to see the stunning and vibrant tomb of Queen Nefertar.
Afterwards, proceed to explore the Temple of Deir El Bahari, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut. On the way back, make a stop at the colossal statues of Amenopis III, known as the Colossi of Memnon, where two immense seated figures overlook the Nile. Continue on to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Spend the night in Luxor.
Next, proceed to the airport. Board a plane for your journey to Cairo, followed by your arrival and transportation to the hotel. Spend the night in Cairo.
If the time of your departing flight permits, you can go on this tour today. Otherwise, we will schedule it for another earlier day.

Please be aware that the hotel rating system in Egypt differs from that in the USA or Europe. Therefore, we strongly suggest considering our Luxury or Ultimate Luxury hotel options as the minimum standard in Egypt. Some 5-star hotels in Egypt may have a lower standard compared to those in other regions, resembling more like 3- or 4-star hotels. We do not recommend staying at 3- or 4-star hotels, as we have received numerous complaints from our guests regarding their quality.
Avoid long lines and time-consuming processes upon arrival. Our representative will ensure your visa is ready in advance. Simply send us a copy of your passport.

We do not suggest it as a good option since the journey lasts for approximately 15 to 18 hours and the train is incredibly noisy. The toilets are in poor condition and emit unpleasant odors. The overall quality of the food is not satisfactory.
