The first stop will be the library of Alexandria, which is the largest library in the world, housing a staggering 8 million books. You will have the opportunity to explore its open court and visit the various museums inside, all free of charge.
Please be aware that the Alexandria Library is not open on Fridays or during public holidays. In order to access the reading area, an additional ticket must be purchased.
Next, you should explore the renowned Lighthouse Site, which was once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Nowadays, the site is home to Qaitbey Castle. Additionally, take a stroll through the splendid royal gardens of King Farouk, who was Egypt’s last reigning monarch. Here, you can also admire the majestic Haramlek and Salamlek palaces, as well as the beautiful beaches designated for the queens. Afterwards, make your way to the city’s most stunning and largest mosque, the Abbo Elabbas Mosque. Don’t forget to pay homage at the memorial dedicated to the Unknown Soldier of Alexandria, and don’t miss the impressive statue of Alexander the Great.
After that, you have the option to pause and have lunch before heading to the St. Mark church, which happens to be the most ancient church in Africa. Following that, you can continue your journey by driving along the Cornish, a 30-kilometer route, to witness the entire city of Alexandria from a seaside perspective. This panoramic view also encompasses the old harbor of Alexandria, where an astonishing 7,000 submerged monuments have been discovered.
Before exploring the historical center of Alexandria, take a moment to pause at the renowned Stanley Bridge. This modern architectural marvel has become an iconic symbol of present-day Alexandria. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the West Bank to begin your tour. This will include visiting the Valley of the Kings, the Colossal of Memnon, and the Hatshepsut Temple. Head towards the eastern side of Luxor to explore the Karnak Temples, which are considered the most remarkable illustration of devotion in the past and were constructed to honor the deities Amon, Mut, and Khonsu.
The construction of the structure began during the Middle Kingdom and continued until the Greco-Roman Kingdom. It was later relocated to Luxor Temple. Originally built by Amunhotep III during the New Kingdom’s 18th Dynasty, it was then finished by Ramesses II in the 19th Dynasty. Ramesses II, the most renowned king of the 19th Dynasty, ruled Egypt for approximately 67 years. This temple was dedicated to the deity Amun-Ra, as well as his wife Mut and their son Khonsu, symbolizing the Theban triad. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the Obelisk of Ramses II situated in front of the 1st Pylon.

Please be aware that the hotel rating system in Egypt differs from that in the USA or Europe. Therefore, we strongly suggest considering our Luxury or Ultimate Luxury hotel options as the minimum standard in Egypt. Some 5-star hotels in Egypt may have a lower standard compared to those in other regions, resembling more like 3- or 4-star hotels. We do not recommend staying at 3- or 4-star hotels, as we have received numerous complaints from our guests regarding their quality.
Avoid long lines and time-consuming processes upon arrival. Our representative will ensure your visa is ready in advance. Simply send us a copy of your passport.
Attention: If you possess a valid Schengen, USA, or UK Visa, we can offer you visa assistance upon your arrival. There is no need for you to apply at the embassy in advance.
We do not suggest it as a good option since the journey lasts for approximately 15 to 18 hours and the train is incredibly noisy. The toilets are in poor condition and emit unpleasant odors. The overall quality of the food is not satisfactory.
