When you arrive at Cairo Airport, our representative will be waiting for you with a sign from egywondersTours. You will then be taken to your hotel in an air-conditioned car. You will be staying overnight in Cairo.
You will have breakfast at your hotel in Cairo and then meet your own guide. Your guide will take you to the Giza Plateau, where you will visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, which are considered to be one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. You will also see the Sphinx and explore the Valley Temple located in front of the magnificent statue.
You can choose to have lunch (if you want) at a local restaurant known for its great food. Afterward, head over to the Egyptian Museum to explore the Treasures Room, which houses artifacts belonging to the young King Tutankhamen.
You have the option to visit Coptic Cairo to see the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Afterwards, we will continue our journey to Islamic Cairo, where you can explore the famous Khan El Khalili, a historical bazaar in Cairo. We will then return to the hotel for the first night of a 15 days Egypt adventure tour.
A representative from egywonders Tours will collect you from your hotel in Cairo and transport you to Alamein, which is approximately a three-hour journey. Once there, you will have the opportunity to explore the historic site where a significant battle occurred during World War II. Additionally, you will have the chance to visit both the World War II Museum and the cemetery.

Take a trip to the Islamic Village of Al Qasr, located about 35 kilometers from Mut, to see the remains of an Ayyubid mosque. We do not suggest it as a good option since the journey lasts for approximately 15 to 18 hours and the train is incredibly noisy. The toilets are in poor condition and emit unpleasant odors. The overall quality of the food is not satisfactory.

There are additional charges for certain archaeological sites on tours, such as exploring inside a pyramid to view burial chambers and visiting the Mummies Room at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Entrance to the Tomb of Tutankhamun in Luxor’s Valley of the Kings also requires an extra fee.
Please be aware that the Alexandria Library is not open on public holidays. Additionally, in order to access the reading area, it is necessary to obtain an additional ticket.
You will require comfortable, flat shoes (ideally with a covering) when visiting the Pyramids and Valley of the Kings. Don’t forget to also pack flip flops or sandals to wear on the Nile felucca or Nile Cruiser.
