Explore the oldest of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the Great Pyramid of Cheops, and experience a journey back in time of around 4,000 years. Ride a camel like the locals and marvel at the incredible Great Sphinx, the largest sculpture from ancient times made from a single limestone formation. Once you have enjoyed your lunch, make your way back to your hotel for a relaxing afternoon. Later in the evening, join us for a delightful welcome dinner.

Discover the ancient treasures of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which houses a rich collection of over 120,000 artifacts, some of which date back to 4000 BC. Alternatively, you can visit the Grand Egyptian Museum upon its opening. Afterwards, venture to the Nile River and hop on a felucca, a traditional Egyptian sailing boat. Enjoy a delightful lunch on the boat, and then spend the afternoon at your own leisure. As the day comes to an end, take a leisurely stroll through the vibrant Khan el-Khalili bazaar. This renowned market was established in the 14th century as a resting and trading place for caravans, and to this day, its stalls are brimming with a diverse array of goods like brassware, gold, silver, leather, perfume, and antiques. Finally, after dinner, make your way back to your hotel.

On the fourth day of our 14 days of signature pharaohs and pyramids package , we visited the beautiful Island Temple of Isis in Aswan.
Take a flight heading towards Aswan, flying in a southern direction (this also covers internal flights).
After arriving, you will board the ‘Sanctuary Sun Boat III,’ a lavish accommodation on the Nile for the following eight nights. During your stay, you will be greeted with a warm welcome ceremony called zaffa, accompanied by the beats of drums and flutes. Lunch will be served on board.

On the eighth day of 14 days of signature pharaohs and pyramids package , we will be traveling along the Nile River in a hot air balloon and visiting the Valley of the Kings.

Take a tour of the tombs belonging to various dynasties, including the famous tomb of King Tutankhamun. King Tut ruled Egypt for about 10 years, from 1336 to 1327 BCE. In November 1922, Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon made the remarkable discovery of Tutankhamun’s almost intact tomb in the Valley of the Kings. Upon opening the burial chamber on February 17, 1923, in the presence of Egyptologists and government officials, they found the mummified body of the king surrounded by valuable grave goods in his golden coffin.
Nowadays, Tutankhamun is the most renowned pharaoh of ancient Egypt. However, do you have a thorough understanding of the young ruler? In this tour, I will disclose some lesser-known information about Tutankhamun.

Don’t forget to visit the Mereruka tomb, known for its exquisite decorations, which belongs to the old kingdom. You will require comfortable, flat shoes (ideally with a covering) when visiting the Pyramids and Valley of the Kings. Don’t forget to also pack flip flops or sandals to wear on the Nile felucca or Nile Cruiser.
